Nitinol Alloy Code

The Active Af temperature is a critical determinant of the alloy's superelastic performance. While the primary Ni composition range (54.5 %~ 57.0 mass%) adheres to the ASTM F2063-18 standard specification, even slight shifts in chemical composition significantly impact the final Af. Consequently, detailed compositional grading of Nitinol is essential. At ZHP Medical, we mandate the use of a verified and detailed Nitinol code to ensure absolute clarity and traceability for every alloy, guaranteeing consistent performance.
