The finalized tube’s austenite completion temperature Af must be determined by the bend and unrestrained recovery procedure. This measurement applies to representative, full-diameter tube specimens with outer dimensions spanning 0.1mm to 10.0mm (0.004" to 0.4"). All testing must adhere to the requirements specified in Test Method ASTM F 2082-15.
